Shipping policy

All orders are shipped domestically only, at this time, within the United States.

Shipping is a flat rate of $5, or FREE if you spend over $50. If you are local, and you place an order during market season (April through December), and you want to pick up from me in person from an event or market, simply contact me via e-mail, sylenesgems@gmail.com, or reach out to me over social media. I will either send you a one time code to void your shipping before you purchase, OR I will refund you shipping when you pick up from me in person. 

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. 

Orders are sent out within 7 business days of purchase, unless we discuss otherwise. Custom work can be different. 

Once an order leaves my possession I am no longer responsible for it. I have the option to purchase shipping insurance listed in my shop. If you are concerned with a lost or damaged package, please purchase this additional shipping fee. If not, please know that I will not refund, exchange, or credit an account for reasons beyond my control.
